Who Are Food Bruvaz?

Welcome to Food Bruvaz! Founded by Pete and Jack, we come from an experienced family rooted in the catering industry. Cooking and hospitality have been a part of our lives since childhood, with our parents introducing us to the craft and guiding us through the culinary world.

We honed our skills as head chefs while working in the family business, Benedickter’s Catering, throughout our teenage and early adult years. As the business expanded, we took over the Woolpack Wilstead, where Jack successfully ran a restaurant serving an à la carte menu to hundreds each week.

After the challenges of COVID, we both took different paths to follow our dreams. Pete explored vegan cuisine, creating the highly successful Plant Based Petes, followed by Pete Does Chicken Shop. Meanwhile, Jack pursued his aspirations outside the family business.

Now, four years later, we’re bringing our passion and expertise back to Bedford with a fresh take on Benedickter’s Catering. Combining our years of experience with a modern twist, Food Bruvaz is here to provide a unique and unforgettable catering experience.
