Tana Thai has moved to a bigger location in Castle Lane with a new name of Tana Lounge with modern decor, regular live music events, the same high quality food and service is to be expected, helping blend the traditional Tana experience with something more lively and fun!

After attending the famous Wandee Culinary Art School in Bangkok, I have been working as a private chef and in Tana Thai, one of Bedford's most famous restaurants. Passionate about Thai cuisine, I have always been eager for everyone to discover its beauty. Every time I cook, I do it as if I cook for my own family, using only the very best ingredients and lots of love. I hope that through the traditional and delicious Thai dishes I create, you too will discover a whole new world of flavours and nutrition.
